My Priorities

I have been a Civil Rights advocate since early adulthood and will remain true to this core value.

As a retired Navy Officer, I will continue promoting veterans services, benefits and programs.  Our National Guard, active/reserve military, retirees and their families deserve no less for the sacrifices they have made on our behalf.

I am a solid advocate for small business owners.  They are the backbone of our economy and I will focus on projects designed to increase their vibrancy and growth.

Warwick's brownfields and waterways must be addressed in a concerted effort with our State agencies. I will fight to ensure our municipality is not ignored in the race for state resources and remediation.

We must provide  appropriate resources for our schools. High quality institutions of learning are economic engines.  
Recent House assignments include:  Conduct Committee (Chair), Finance Sub-Committee on General Government (Chair), Rules Committtee (First Vice Chair), Judiciary Committee (Member) , Veterans and Military Families (Member), Statewide Tourism Commission (Member), Pension Obligation Bonds Review Commission (Member), Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (Member).
  • I  WILL NOT ACCEPT AN ANNUAL COST OF LIVING (COLA) INCREASE  WHEN MY CONSTITUENTS DO NOT RECEIVE ONE.
  • I BELIEVE IN TERM LIMITS FOR A CITIZEN LEGISLATURE, NOT HOLDING A SEAT FOR DECADES. 
  • I WILL ACCEPT  ALL ASSIGNMENTS WITH ENTHUSIASM AND PROFESSIONALISM AND ZEALOUSLY REPRESENT MY CONSTITUENTS.
